Innovation is all very well but how do you know you are making a difference? The private sector have had much more expereince of measuring innovation in business. NESTA have just published four reports on measuing innovation in the public sector here.

The Innovation Unit authored one of the reports – it tells the story of trying to measure innovation activity, capacity and results in a school and Local Authority. Read it here.

Other reports are by Deloitte, Ernst and Young and CFA DAMVAD.
