Innovation Units work on Radical Efficiency and how we have supported Total Place was recently mentioned in the Total Place report Total Place: A practitioner’s guide to doing things differently.

The guide is based on a large sets of interviews with people who participated in Total Place. The aim is to distill their lessons so that these can be shared beyond the Total Place pilots, through theories and models of change, practical processes, human dynamics of change.

Entry filed under: Local Authorities, Public Services, Radical Efficiency, Total Place.
